Hometown

Inspired by the history and character of hometown communities, this mixed media collage centers on a familiar courthouse landmark surrounded by layers of text, imagery, and texture. The stairway is well known in Medford as the Angel Flight.  The work explores how places become part of our personal stories and how memories of home continue to stay with us long after they become familiar.

Hometown is 11 x 14 inches on cradled board.  It is ready to hang or can be framed in a frame of your choice.
